I love to decorate for the holidays.
Ever since I was a kid, one of my favorite parts of the holidays was going up into our attic & pulling down all of our Christmas decorations. Putting up garlands, wreaths, lights, ornaments, decorations galore! I love it all :)
I pulled a few photos that I used as inspiration for my Christmas tree this year. Now that I’m in my own place, I didn’t have a ton of ornaments to work with, so my tree was going to be a blank canvas.

I wanted a brown/gold tone to the ornaments, and I liked the idea of incorporating burlap or a more natural texture into the tree to balance off with the gold/shiny aspect.
I used a tree delivery service called Pork N Pine. They’re already booked up for this year but I highly recommend using them! They deliver your tree…dressed as Santa Claus…blasting Christmas music. (Mariah Carey – All I Want for Christmas is You…perfect)
The company is affiliated with a BBQ restaurant, Harborque, as well…so they bring you a pulled pork sandwich! Which, by the way, was delicious!
That was such a fun experience!
Anyways – here is my finished product! I purchased the ornaments from Target & the garland from Michaels. The angel I got from Home Goods!
Check it out!
I’m really excited about how well it turned out!
